How should I store my soaps?

To ensure your handmade soap lasts as long as possible, keep it in a dry, well-ventilated area between uses. We recommend using our Wooden Soap Holders, Soap Saver Pads, or Exfoliating Soap Bags — all of which can be found on our website to keep your soaps fresh and in perfect condition!

How long can I wait to open and use your soaps?

For the best results, we recommend using our soaps within 6 months. Over time, the colors and fragrances may begin to fade, but don’t worry! Your soap will still clean and nourish your skin even after the fragrance and color are gone.

📦 Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

We process orders within 1–2 business days. During high-volume times (like holidays or big launches), it might take a little longer — but we promise it’s worth it!

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the U.S. and Puerto Rico! 🇺🇸🇵🇷 Thank you for supporting our small business from near and far.

What if I provided the wrong shipping address?

It’s the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct. If you notice an error, please notify us immediately via our Contact Us page (info.giizysoapsco@gmail.com) so we can update the shipping label—but only if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

If the package has already gone out and is returned to us, we’ll let you know and invoice you for the return shipping cost. Once your address is corrected, we’ll gladly resend your order.

How can I track my order?

Every order ships with a unique tracking number. As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with that tracking information. Simply click the link provided—or paste the tracking number into the carrier’s website—to see exactly where your order is in transit.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the natural and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please email us at info.giizysoapsco@gmail.com — we want you to be happy and we’ll do our best to make it right!
